Trim down the bars

I've made a little crop to the top bars and I think it would give it a cleaner look
an option to turn this on or off would be grand if some people would like to stay the old way

i did talk about this Before in one of my POSTS ..
the shape of the Browser is very Big and there are too many empty and dead area and there are no need for them ..
(ITS JUST TAKE SPACE OF THE BROWSING AND THE BROWSER HIMSELF THIS IS NOT GOOD) .
i try to Repair some these problems
