Auto Turbo Setting is Needed

Hello.

I think it would be great if Opera for phones included automatic Turbo setting. Whenever I am on a Wi-Fi network, I have no need for Turbo, but when I am out in the wild, Turbo setting is very much appreciated. It would be nice if it could kick in on its own once Opera realizes the phone is no longer on the Wi-Fi network. As it is right now, the Data Savings option is buried too deep in settings to make it convenient.

Before there was that option, until another browser (whose company made an alliance with Opera a long time ago) has it.
