Account sync across devices

Do the following settings sync across devices:

1. Speed dial
2. Extensions
3. Sidebar settings

I am using account sync and none of these settings have moved across.

SpeedDial is synchronized, but appears in Bookmarks > Other Speed Dials, so belongs to another computer.
