Always restore tabs after Opera update restart

Opera should ALWAYS restore tabs when you restart it after update regardless of how tabs behavior is set in settings. Firefox used to always do that after updates and it was super convenient. Opera doesn't and it's really annoying because I don't have it set in settings to always start where I left of. But that should always apply after update restarts.

It doesn't matter if it's every day or every second month. It's a REALLY annoying thing when you want to update it, but you have bunch of tabs open. I have to always go to settings, enable restore tabs from last time, restart it and again turn off the setting because I DON'T want it to always open my last tabs when I close it normally without updating.

I think the answer to the problem is to disable Opera from doing automatic updates. Then the problem would not occur. You can still check periodically to see if it has been updated.

Another option could be change the timing for updates check going to Task scheduler and editing the Opera Autoupdate task.
