No response regarding addon review in about a month, where should we ask for more info?

There is an addon by the name of "QuickBit" on both chrome and firefox addon stores. We have already submitted our addon on the opera store and are waiting for a response from the moderator. The moderator assigned to our addon is named "dmichnowicz".
We had a lot of back and forth with the moderators a couple months back regarding issues in the source code of the plugin, we fixed all of the issues and resubmitted the plugin a while back. It's been about a month with no response and we were wondering how to get some info on the progress of the review process.
We tried to google around and find any opera customer support service or ticket system but all we could find was the forum. Can someone please point us in the write direction?
