On Mac, allow Share button to be hidden or removed

I wish I could hide or remove the "Share" button that allows you to share via the Mac's built-in sharing methods. I never use it and it's just annoying to see a button there next to my other extensions that I can't get rid of.
There used to be a flag called #osx-share-button that allowed us to disable it, but this flag no longer exists.

This could be implemented by adding the right click > customise toolbar option that is/used to be standard for mac apps. Which would incidentally solve many other suggestions like the rearranging of plugins and resizing of the location bar.
