New tab compatibility like in Chrome

Chrome makes it possible to use something like zest.is or the unsplash new tab background changer. Can we have that in Opera too?

I think you already can do it, if you install any "Chrome new tab extension" like zest.is using the Download Chrome Extension. Then you just add the extension link using the Custom New Tab Extensions and voilà! That's what I do to use Toby on Opera ^^.

I must be misunderstanding something. The description for zest.is that it feeds content for marketers. Why would you want that on a new tab? Unsplash puts a custom image on a new tab. That might be nice.
