VPN not working after changing AP

Hello,
Recently I changed my home Access point , then Opera VPN just stopped working,
Is there setting in Access points devices that Block VPN for Opera ?
The new access point is : TP-LINK Model : TL-WA901ND and I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 Lts
Please let me know if you need any screenshot

The only thing that I can think of is to try with a clean profile. Try making a backup of your current one (the path is in opera://settings), and then open Opera.

I've already tried that , I purged and reinstalled Opera again, but still the same issue.
I'm sure It's related to my new AP , just can't figure out whats the issue exatcly
