Make smooth scrolling aninmation faster - like in MS Edge

I just saw the scrolling animation of MS Edge. It's very nice - fast, makes the browser feel very snappy. It would be great to see similar animation speed/profile in Opera. It would render the browser perceptually faster and this is an important thing. Speedup could be optional, but I know software developers don't like options these days.

It will be even better if Opera can turn off the scrolling animation especially when using mouses.
