WiFi connection blocked after installing v21.0.2254.111677

Cannot now connect to internet with Opera Mini after install, wifi connection works fine with default Samsung browser.
Error message is "Connection blocked. Try switching network"
Have rebooted tablet, (Samsung SM-T700 with Android 5.0.2), no effect. Older version of mini had worked fine.
Help please.

Have now discovered same problem with Samsung phone. Opera is working fine with alternate wifi router connected to tablet, so appears the problem may be within my Fritz!Box 7490 router. Have just contacted AVM support and lodged ticket as no special settings made in router and had worked fine previously.
