Twitter and Tumblr does not play videos on Opera

Version 42.0.2393.94 of the Opera browser for Linux Mint 18.1 does not play Twitter or Tumblr videos; I would like to know the reason or the solution to this problem.

I have the same problem on Ubuntu 16.10. Also gifs doesn't work. On Chrome and Firefox everything work fine.

Let's wait for the next update of the browser, although it is unpleasant this situation of not being able to play the videos of Twitter and Tumblr.
