On off toggle for bookmarks bar on the address line.

Occasionally I want to switch the bookmarks bar off, so that I have more space for a video, for example. It would be handy to have a toggle on the address line, perhaps next to the refresh toggle, to facilitate this.

I 2nd this, it would be nice to have a way to toggle the bookmarks with a button or mouse-over.
