Advertising Extensions

Hello all,
Whenever I visit Amazon I'm prompted with an advertisement, "Get special offers with Amazon Assistant." This ad seems to be placed there by Opera itself (as I cannot see it using the developer tools and there is no context menu available) - how can I disable it?

I'm seeing the same thing. It pops up when I visit imdb.com. It sure is integrated in Opera and the only buttons to click is "install Extension" or "No, Thanks". It goes away if you click NO but comes back later.
Would be great with a No thanks and do not prompt me with extensions advertisement.
