Does anyone remember back when Delicio.us actually worked? When you could add a sidebar to your browser for bookmarks, and they were sorted by the tags you gave them?
Honestly, I haven't been able to use bookmarks properly since that service went down the drain years ago.
I think it would be nifty, and also fit into the direction Opera is going, to implement something like this. Maybe not a sidebar, but a way to tag your bookmarks. You could organize by the tags, and then search by the tags.
Folders can only do so much, and sometimes you can't remember if you put a sewing tutorial video in crafts, sewing, videos, or tutorials. With tags they would show up in all 4 locations.
Things would just be easier.

Yes! I agree, I want this feature as well. I switched from Firefox for preformance. But I miss their tagging and organizing features for bookmarks. I lost a lot of organizing when I imported my bookmarks from Firefox to Opera.
