Themes for the menu bar as well

Hi,
I love the Opera theming, especially the animated themes, this is one of the reasons I'm on Opera.
Though the background picture is seen only when we open a new tab.
And when we have an opened tab, we have the webpage (normal) but all the bar above, I mean where we have the favorites, the tabs, the address bar, is grey.
Would be good to be able to have a theme for that as well. Like we have in firefox (though in firefox we have only that, the theme is not for the whole new tab page, just for the top part).
