google drive and opera

Hi everybody. I use google drive at work and since opera has the same engine of chrome, I decided to use it as my default browser on ubuntu and fedora machines. everything is good except google drive pages that crash really a lot. strange thing, multiple tabs opened on different Google drive folders, when one tab crashes, all the other tabs opened on Drive, crash simultaneously. is there any way to avoid it? am I the only one reporting this problem ? I use opera 40 now but crashes are a constant thing even on opera 39 and 38. any help?
