[Solved]No access to email associated with username [developer account]

Hello,
I have a popular browser extension listed under my Opera Developer account.
But the email associated with that account has been lost -- no idea what it is.
Now that the passwords have been reset, I don't have a way to reset my password because I don't know what the email address was.
I do have: old password, existing username, social security, data of birth, drivers license, passport, 800 number to my business, and some pretty solid references.
How might a go about restoring access to my account?
