Hide title bar in ubuntu mate linux

This question have been posted many times and most forum posts have been pretty old and did not give any answer,so i thought i may repost it.
does some one know is it possible to hide the title bar in linux ?
System detials :
Opera version: 39.0.2256.48
System: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (x86_64; MATE) -

any && !(title=Opera) && !(title=Firefox) && !(title=VirtualBox)
