Opera linux tab bar problem

Opera browser is working great on my linux mint 18 xfce based on ubuntu 16.04.But there is some basic imperfections.The top tab bar donot show the windows control like minimise,maximise,close instead it shows only close button.There is a menu button which should not be there as it wastes space on tab bar so instead a gear like icon like chrome or firefox would have been great.I am posting the screen shots comparing opera with chrome.

I am using opera developer 41.
Hope to see a perfect opera in future.

hey i have same probleme but i install theme arc xfce is working fine
