Error while trying to upload an extension that have been previously removed

Hello

I've submitted "Tab Modifier", but I removed it from the panel.

Now I want to reupload the same extension but it says:

"A package with this name already exists. Please change the name or upgrade the existing package."

I'm kind of stuck here, can you do something about this?

Any info from the Opera Support?

Can you manually delete "Tab Modifier" add-on as I can recreate it.
