Opera 39

Hello list,
I just got Opera 39 on Debian Testing. There is a thing that should show a video on what's new, but no way. Neither the "hover" thing, nor the "start" button. What I miss is the changelogs on http://www.opera.com/docs/changelogs/unix/ that seem to have stopped at version 37. The file /usr/share/doc/opera-stable/changelog.gz contains:
opera-stable (39.0.2256.43) unstable; urgency=low

But I get a 404 on that URL. Where can I find the changelogs? And this non working video, does somebody else see the same behaviour?
