Export list of downloads into a text file

Hello,

Does anyone know, whether is it possible to export the list of downloads into a text file?
I accidentally deleted the folder which contained a lot of downloaded files. All the files were downloaded with Opera and the I can see them in the download history.
In the browser I can re-download each file but only one by one. It would be much easier to export the list of downloads (the exacts URL of each file) into a file and then wget could download all the files automatically.
