Hi , I've downloaded new Opera 38, I was using Opera 12 but now i'm not able to find the tool "pan is scroll", for me, it was the most important feature using Opera browser

Unfortunately this is only available in windows. However, you can install an extension from the chrome store that adds this functionality. First you have to install the "Download Chrome Extension" from the Opera addons store, and then you can install the chrome extension.
