Opera Mini without Google Play Services

I've a low configured handset with low ram capacity. And Google Play Services (GPS) drain my battery charge. That's why I disabled the gps.
But without it Opera Mini can't able to notify me from facebook. The 'facebook notification' feature is vanished from Opera Mini settings after disable the Play Service.
So, it would be better if Opera Mini developer's will take any steps to work "Facebook Notification" feature without the Google Play Services.

Moreover Opera Mini can't able to show instant notification from facebook with Google Play services enabled. Sometimes Opera Mini can but most of the time can't able to instantly notify.
Opera Mini developers need to remove Google Play services dependency for Facebook Notification feature. (As like UC Browser)
Integrate the 'Facebook Notification' feature within Opera Mini without rely to Google Play services.
