Restore deleted extenstion

I’d like to restore an extenstion I deleted because it wasn’t working properly in Opera. Recently I figured out how to fix it and readly to publish updated version but I’m getting “Please change the name or upgrade the existing package” error. I saw @kszularz’s “It has been restored” reply in a similar topic and would like to get the same
