Find Details before Resuming Downloads

I encountered a situation where OPERA asked,
"Some downloads were interrupted when the browser was closed.
Would you like to resume those downloads?
"Yes", "No" or "Ask me later".Now I had several tabs open, but the most recent tab was on-line to my bank, so I felt a bit concerned about security.
I would have liked a fourth choice, "Details" that told me what file was being downloaded and from which site the download was coming. (A name is preferable to an IP number.)Is that possible?
