ALT-F5 Frame Reload missing, been using it for 10 years now its GONE

Big PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the ALT-F5 Frame Reload key binding.

Been using Opera Browser since the Beginning-of-time and misses it in the newer versions.
(it saves time, else one has to move mouse, target, right-click, look for menu entry, press it.. looses time)

Is there anyway one can manually add the keybinding?

Am using Opera 37.0.2178.32 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (x86_64; KDE)

What do you mean by frame reload?
