Sidebar Panel with mobile user agent

The sidebar panel feature from previuos versions was a great one. Sidebar panels with auto refresh and mobile user agent would be a great feature. Are their any chances to get the sidebar panel back with upcoming releases?

There is a sidebar panel for extensions.
And there is an extension in which you can view web pages, which happens to be developed by... me
It doesn't have a mobile user agent option, but auto refresh will come soon(
).
