Opera 35 does not find Adobe flash plugin on Fedora21

Opera 35 does not find my adobe flash plugin. Spotify (and other sites like vimeo) fail asking to install flash. I tried to follow the instructions at Opera flash help. But the adobe test page still asks to update flash.
This is what plugins page shows:- Adobe Flash Player Version: 18.0.0.209
- Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0
- Location: /opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
- Type: PPAPI (out-of-process)
- Disable
- MIME type Description File extensions
