Inbuilt Translator for Opera (PC version)

Translating web pages are really a mess in Opera till now. Though there are a few extensions available for translation but they mainly function by highlighting the text and copying and pasting them...thus only the selectable portion of the web page is worthy of translation but that also is much peril for users. If the developers can add an inbuilt translator for web pages and perhaps integrate it with popular translating services, then working across services and web pages not in the preferred language would be much easier.
