Bad opera UI items view with dark styles of environment

Hi.

I'm using Opera 33 x64 and dark theme for my desktop environment (Plasma5. QT: theme - Breeze, colors - custom but based on "Breeze dark" preset. GTK: Breeze-dark-gtk). With these settings some opera UI elements has light text on light background which make text unreadable. Does anyone faced with this behavior too? If yes, where it can be reported (where is Opera issue tracker)?

Using Manjaro Linux (with KDE) 15.09 x86_64 and Opera 33.0.1990.115-1 x86_64

P.S. Same issues I also saw in GTK environments (e.g., Cinnamon with Vertex-Dark theme).
