BUG: Unable to upload extension

Hi.
I submitted my first add-on for review earlier today. It failed moderation because a rouge file made its way into the .nex archive. I fixed the issue and tried to uploaded a replacement .nex file. For some reason, after upload was complete, the new file automatically increased it's version from 2.1.0 to 2.1.1, despite 2.1.0 never being released. Since I'm using source control to determine version numbers, I wasn't happy to release my add-on as v2.1.1, especially as the same version numbers are used for the Firefox and Chrome variants.
My next step was to delete the extension from my control panel and try adding the whole thing again. The delete appeared to work fine but, when I tried to upload the fixed .nex file to re-submit the extension I got the following error:
A package with this name already exists. Please change the name or upgrade the existing package.
It seems like the delete has only partially worked so now I'm unable upload the new extension or edit the existing one.
Any help greatly appreciated.
