File uploading

I have used Opera on and off for quite some time, Love the speed, however there is one issue that is currently mildly annoying...
I often need to upload images via websites ( eBay, Etsy, etc) and I have not found a way to change the default image extension that shows up on the "Open File" dialog pop up box. So after each image , in my case .jpgs I have to click down from the default .png to .jpg. No big deal, however when you end up having to do that over and over and over again, it does add up.
Ultimately I would rather it just open up the file folder to "All Files (.)" instead of ".png (.)"
It would just save me alot of clicks.As I said mildly annoying...
Any thoughts, suggestions?
