I've always been an Opera Sporter until a couple weeks ago, all of a sudden I cant see allot of the You tube videos, and when Im on the forums after a little while I can no longer post, it hangs in trying to post, have to shut down and restart browser for it to work again.
Now im fed up and want to export my Bookmarks and even this is a choir, Im reusing Firefox now and want to import the Opera Bookmarks into firefox but have been unable to do so. Instructions I found say Menu>Settings>Import and Export>Export Bookmarks.
Not available on my browser, I updated it a week ago, I see theirs a new one again but not about to do that since I see people have lost their book marks with updates.

So if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it Thanks!!!

you probably reading old Opera (presto) help file...
to export bookmarks from new Opera you can use feature from V7 Bookmarks (I'm the author)

not sure about YT, I've seen many comments with the same problem, but I personally never had any issues with YT videos.
I'm using magic action for YT and forcing HTML5 videos (480, with disabled auto play and auto preloading)
...but, I had some issues on Twitter videos ( with h.264) becouse I removed windows media player from windows7

Does it show imports and export on the left panel when you tick the bookmarks tab on the speed dial page. It would be in the left pane?

no, this is not part of Opera bookmarks manager (from speed dial page)
it's independent extension that deals with bookmarks in sidepanel
on options page (of the extension) there is a button for export bookmarks (and also to export it with favicons)
for import you can use native Opera feature from O button - more tools....

...or did you meant something else?
