hello, i've been using Opera for Windows since 2013, and i found there is some changes on Opera, for example on 2013-2014 there is menu for Opera Turbo, but started on 2015 version, the menu is gone, instead of menu, Opera Turbo only appear on dropdown menu, and thats it. It just like "useless" feature, for me, there are 2 reason WHY i use Opera Browser,
- It has Simple UI
- Opera Turbo
but now it just looks like not Opera Turbo, is not Opera main feature anymore, 2013-2014 i really enjoy the menu for Opera Turbo, because i can manage / setting,
yesterday i recommended my friend to use Opera Browser, i told him to activate Opera Turbo if he want browse faster. instead of activate it, he told me that he cant found what is the menu called "Opera Turbo",
the menu of Opera Turbo now just has "check" icon, and no notification or sign if Opera Turbo was activated, ok i know the beside URL there is blue icon of Opera Turbo, but i think it needs more or atleast the older Opera Turbo menu.
Ok, i know not everyone same like me, but for me its really not "cool" anymore. well, that just my opinion, thank you.
Opera FTW !

Opera Turbo works fine (even better than before)
There is no more bottom status bar where Turbo icon was in Opera Presto, now you activate it from O menu
when you are on site that is compressed with Turbo (HTTP, no HTTPS) you will see turbo badge in address bar -

btw. If you really want to see/test if connection is compressed, the best way is to check for images
with turbo, most of the images (except really small ones) will be in WebP format and it will be much smaller in size
right click the page, go to resources -- frames-- images-- and look for some image to compare it
(don't do it in the same Opera installation!!!.... because cached image will always be forced, or clear cache)no Turbo 198 KB
Turbo ON 23 KB
