I can see my unsorted bookmarks, or my folders, or both if I open a new window...but I can't figure out how to move bookmarks from the unsorted list into a folder. How is that done?
      Thanks.
      version 31.0.1889.99

Edit: I found I can drag a bookmark from unsorted into My Folders, then open My Folders and drag the bookmark into the appropriate folder (with difficulty: the folder is slippery). But there must be a better way!

            OK, I found an answer.
The My Folders item in the left panel of the Bookmarks page expands to show subfolders only if the "Do you want to access your bookmarks and tabs on all of your devices?" dialog is closed. Then thumbnails can be dragged directly into folders.
I'll try to post just once this time 😕

              there is a flag
              opera://flags/#trees-in-bookmarks
it is by default enable in developer but not in stable (it was buggy before, not sure how it behaves now)
maybe that helps with your problem
btw. you can drag and drop bookmarks in list view and thumbnails view in almost any folder on the left tree panel
not sure why you had problems with it....

vux777, thanks for the reply. I'll experiment with that flag.
I wish I could mark this as solved since after closing the "...all of your devices" dialog in the bookmarks window, I can drag and drop as you say. At first I simply ignored it because I don't have any devices 🙂
