"Shortkeys (Custom Keyboard Shortcuts)" not compatible with Opera 31?

Hello,

I am using the latest version of
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/shortkeys-custom-keyboard/logpjaacgmcbpdkdchjiaagddngobkck
https://github.com/mikecrittenden/chrome-shortkeys
in Opera 31 for Windows.

Before the update to v31 (from v30) I was able to edit the "keys". But now the form for the shortcuts is missing:

However the defined shortcuts/shortkeys before v31 still work.

Any help?
