Mouse scroll speed and middle click

Hello. I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 with Opera 31.0.1889.99.
My problem is that clicking the mouse wheel inside the browser does not work at all. Also, i can't seem to find a way to modify (increase) the scroll speed of Opera.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean that you want so scroll/pan while holding the mouse wheel down? This is a windows specific feature, so it's not a bug that it wont work.
