3 cosmetic suggestions for Speed Dial

1. speed dial folder titles should be centered.

2. It would also be nice to be able to reduce some of the space between speed dials as between the speed dials and the edges of the Window.

3. The right and left edges of the screen shot thumbnails are clipped off. This does not always look better for a number of sites. Some site thumbnails look better if the right side was not clipped off or the left side was not clipped off or just left fully intact.
