As a Chinese user, I need a Opera Link export tool

As you all known, Chinese user cannot use Opera Link under Government's Internet Control. We can only go to Opera Link with some VPN tool which can avoid the control, but the bandwidth of the VPN is very little. I do not want use it at all. So the conclusion is: As a Chinese user, I need a Opera Link export tool. Who can provide it? And thanks in advance.
