Option to hide the close-button (X) from Speed Dial items.

Just add a simple option to permanently turn off the close-button in the Speed Dial. I use the top right item a lot, since it's the closest after hitting a new tab with the mouse. However, I accidentally delete the item instead of going there perhaps 5-10% of the time, because I hit the X which is invisible until I enter the item frame.
I rarely want to remove Speed Dial items, and when I really do, I can remove it via the context menu.

Removing a speed dial item should be a context menu item, or a functionality available only in the bookmarks manager.
Or at least use a confirm popup.
