Export bookmarks to HTML file

I understand that syncing your bookmarks with Opera account is THE thing now...but many of us need the option to save and move bookmarks locally between different browsers and systems. So I suggest an option to export bookmarks to HTML file without 3rd party extensions.

I find it annoying that there's not a way to export the blookmarks without adding anything to do it.Adding the option to do this internally would stop a lot of us from moving to other browsers.
