Feature request - Notification for Tab Activity

Hi,
I have searched a bit, and I've only found an old thread about this feature resquest: it would be really nice if a pinned tab "glowed" when there is any activity in the page (the most common and easy chance is title page change to show new messages, etc). I know there is an extension called Notifycon that shows new messages, but it adds a red notification icon and also only work for new messages (title pages add (X) to its name where X is the number of new messages). I know it work for other browsers when the page content changes as well (auto-refresh with new content, for example).
I hope it can be added soon. Thanks!
