"touch-devices" command line option

Hello!
Native Chromium does support following command line option: "--touch-devices=x".
Can anyone please tell, why Opera does not support this option (actually it has no effect).
It is VERY useful because of a Chromium bug described here:

It's a bug with mouse cursor behavior under Virtualbox. The temporary solution is to use command line option "--touch-devices=123", but with Opera it sadly has no effect. How can I pass this option to Opera? Without it the only way to use Opera in Linux under Virtualbox is to disable mouse integration in VM settings, but it is very uncomfortable.
