Show or Copy URL from File Save As Dialog Box

Hello

I use portable mode of Opera & don't want to bloat it with some Download Manager plugin

But for larger files I like to use a dedicated Download Manager.
Can the current File Save As Dialog Box be made to Show or Copy URL ?

Cause some sites don't give an exact URL that you may right click and copy-paste

Example: http://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/getmirror/virtualbox,3.html

Currently I have to start the download and copy URL from Downloads Tab
