Modify Opera's Layout

In FF it is possible to have your browser look the way you want it. Opera features nothing the like. I would greatly appreciate a possibility to alter the layout of tabs, the title window etc.
And, most important, please enable changing the colour of the opera window and the text colour. Black on dark blue just looks awful!
