How do I check if sync is working?

I did a install in a second machine by handmade because sync does/does not work.... finally I did not know what sync did. Extension adons (Gmail, mailto, adward, pocket, etc) manually, bookmark bar too by hands

what a mess, opera duplicates all bookmarks in B.bar at sync.!!!! I try and try and try and......to use opera the time years pass but I fed up
