Clear browsing data: Cookies and site data... except exceptions

Hello!
I'd like to see an option under "Clear browsing data" for cookies and site data, except for the exceptions set in the "cookies" section.
I have cookies set to "Keep local data until I quit my browser." Sometimes, when the browser or the PC crashes, some data is not cleared with this option checked. And while I generally don't restart my browser for long periods of time, it would be nice to be able to clear all stored data after a few days of gathering cookies and temp files. There currently is no way of automatically clearing all cookies, except for the ones that I actually want to keep.

that would be nice. i use ccleaner because this feature (cookies exceptions) instead of clearing browser data in opera.
