Opera Fast Dial Ideas

Hello people,

I made this discussion to replay your ideas about Fast Dial and for other thinks.
My main reason that i made this discussion is to feedback my ideas too.
So my idea is for Opera to change the settings about Fast Dial, i wonder, what if we can change the picture of
any Dial we add on Fast Dial Tab. Even better if Opera could have already offers of pictures to give for download or add-on like Theme add-on.

Hi, what you refer to as fast dial is actually called speed dial. I guess you translated it from another language.

Yes, I agree it would be nice to be able to change the picture directly on the speed dial page.

settings to control

1. reload of thumbs (all together or better individual), as it used to be

2. Option to change number of thumbs in each row

3. Option to make folder (dragging a thumb over another thumb works, but it has to be discovered first, I found it accidentaly)

4. Option to make a new speed dial entry from a webpage without having to bookmark it also... (speed dial is mostly used for things that visited usualy, or for a quick reference, wich are usaly deleted also, but they remain as junk in unsorted bookmarks)

5. Option to change text size. (extremely usefull with big screens with low resolution and a distance from the user (ex. 37" TV monitor with 1280x768) This could be like a button to zoom in and out only text like safari mac has
