internal pages URL's

In latest developer build (31.0.1857.0) internal pages are not recognized by URL anymore (opera://...)
I see that browser:// is new pattern. Is this gonna stay permanently?
Should I switch URL patterns in my extensions to browser://..something.. ?

I just got info from dev's that from O31 opera:// is replaced with browser://
opera:// should still work but the DEV release may not work as expected
